Cold Spring Granite: Home Show Event

Our Cold Spring clients not only wanted to sell more countertops, they wanted to know more about their customers. The best way to find that sort of information? Ask.

We created a survey campaign that started with a magazine ad and a booth at the local home show, then sent people to an online survey, where, after answering a few simple questions, they could sign up to win a roomful of granite.

And sign up, they did! A successful conversion rate for this type of campaign typically hovers around 4%. Ours hit 69%, and things at Cold Spring really stared to heat up.
